We want everyone who visits myolneydentist.com to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding by being able to access our content, and learn more about products and services. 

To help us make myolneydentist.com a positive place for everyone, we’ve been using the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)’s  Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.

The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA) and we have chosen Level AA as the standard for all our content and services offered through myolneydentist.com. For validating the accessibility of our website, we rely on automated tools such as axe Devtool to catch up to 30% of accessibility issues. Additionally, we perform manual tests using the following screen reader and browser combination: NVDA with Chrome.

Here at David Eskow DDS, we work diligently to protect our patient's rights and privacy. Requesting an appointment via our Internet portal is considered part of what HIPAA has identified as electronically protected information (ePHI). Unfortunately, despite the best efforts we make or take, there are people or entities that may attempt to intercept the data you transmit to us. By checking the box, and electronically making an appointment, you understand that you are making an appointment over the internet and that David Eskow DDS will keep this information confidential but cannot guarantee that others, outside of our practice, may not illegally intercept this communication.
